Above and Beyond offers online and in studio yoga classes with 10 styles to choose from in either a heated or non-heated environment. All classes are led by highly-qualified, certified yoga instructors and are open to yogis of all levels, come join in the fun. We also have a Luxurious Himalayan Halotherapy Salt Room. Halotherapy benefits adults and children alike. Find relief from a variety of respiratory conditions and stress. Studio entrance located in the back of building.

StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Mobile offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.
