Located in Mobile Alabama, this state of the art facility offers a beautiful and tranquil setting. The studio features a top of the line yoga room heating and air purification system, hypoallergenic flooring and beautiful changing rooms with shower facilities. Above and Beyond offers online and in studio yoga classes with 10 styles to choose from in either a heated or non-heated environment. All classes are led by highly-qualified, certified yoga instructors and are open to yogis of all levels, come join in the fun. We also have a Luxurious Himalayan Halotherapy Salt Room. Halotherapy benefits adults and children alike. Find relief from a variety of respiratory conditions and stress. Studio entrance located in the back of building.
