Emerald Fern Bakery is a family-owned bakery in Mobile, Alabama, created by two sisters who believe the best things are made slowly and intentionally, shared generously, and enjoyed together. We bake authentic naturally fermented sourdough, artisan breads, focaccia, scones, pastries, cookies, and seasonal treats in small batches with simple, quality ingredients. Our goal is to make wholesome, limited-ingredient baked goods that feel special while building genuine connections with the people and communities around us. We’re grateful to be part of Mobile and to share a little piece of our family with yours.

Leavesley Cakes specializes in velvety, homemade, 2-layer chocolate cakes. The owner, a homemaker in Mobile, Alabama, has been baking these cakes for 16 years. Spurred on by her husband and friends, she decided to sell them publicly.
