Emerald Fern Bakery is a family-owned bakery in Mobile, Alabama, created by two sisters who believe the best things are made slowly and intentionally, shared generously, and enjoyed together. We bake authentic naturally fermented sourdough, artisan breads, focaccia, scones, pastries, cookies, and seasonal treats in small batches with simple, quality ingredients. Our goal is to make wholesome, limited-ingredient baked goods that feel special while building genuine connections with the people and communities around us. We’re grateful to be part of Mobile and to share a little piece of our family with yours.

We are a family-owned bakery called Bake My Day located in the heart of Mobile, Alabama since 2012. True to our roots, we're a Southern bakery, so our menu is loaded with what you'd expect to find in the Deep South. Rich, moist layer cakes, mouth-watering pound cakes, delicious cookies and squares, icings and glazes with wonderful flavors, and many savory salads and hot dishes, too. We set ourselves apart by making everything from scratch daily.
