Board-certified and fellowship-trained ophthalmologist Dr. Peter Zloty of Southern Eye Group specializes in cataract surgery and refractive surgery procedures such as LASIK and PRK, as well as advanced treatments including corneal transplants. The recipient of multiple Patients’ Choice and Compassionate Doctor awards, Dr. Zloty has also been recognized by the American Academy of Ophthalmology for his achievements. Mark S. Brown, MD is a board certified ophthalmologist and a fellowship-trained surgeon with offices in Mobile, Alabama and Biloxi Mississippi. His specialty of Eye Plastics or Oculoplastics is a subspecialty of Ophthalmology, requiring training in both plastic & reconstructive surgery and ophthalmology. Dr. Brown completed a residency in ophthalmology at New York University, medical training at Tufts University School of Medicine, and undergraduate education at Harvard College. Dr. Brown is a member of ASOPRS (American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons); Medical Association of Alabama; Mobile Medical County; and American Academy of Ophthalmology.
