Mission is proof positive that a fitness studio can be good, look good and do good.​ We are a locally founded, woman-owned, community-driven and fully inclusive studio in downtown Mobile. Our innovative class concepts incorporate rowing, cycling, pilates, reformer, barre and strength plus open gym and Kid's Playroom. But it's the mission of Mission that sets us apart. We know that true health only happens when we actively work the mind and body through movement and fuel the soul through service. Since inception, Mission has donated over $140k to support the noble efforts of local non-profits. In short, we put our money where our hearts are.
