About
At Sam's Banh Mi Cafe, we are passionate about bringing the authentic flavors of Vietnam to our community. Every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and the care that goes into true Vietnamese home cooking. Our signature Vietnamese Banh Mi starts with bread that we bake fresh daily, creating the perfect crispy crust and soft, airy interior. Each sandwich is filled with flavorful meats, house-made pickled vegetables, fresh cilantro, cucumber, and savory sauces for an authentic taste in every bite. Our famous Pho or Bun Bo Hue begins with a rich, aromatic broth that is slowly simmered for 5-6 hours. Sam's Banh Mi Cafe is committed to serving fresh, authentic food with warm hospitality .
